NIST-traceable verification plates for GLP compliance

MRX® Verification Plate (# 20098)

The MRX Verification Plate includes software for automating its use with the MRX II photometer. The MRX Revelation photometer comes with preinstalled software for automated data collection and reporting from the MRX Verification Plate. The plate provides the means to verify physical alignment (X- and Y-alignment and skew), optical channel matching, correct filter installation, photometric linearity and photometric accuracy. The absorbance values at 450 nm of the neutral density filters in the MRX Verification Plate are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Calibration for other wavelengths is available upon request.

Verification Plate for the DSX, DS2, and Opsys MR (# 24098)

The plate provides the means to verify photometric accuracy, precision, and linearity to ensure correct performance of the automated DSX and DS2 ELISA processing systems, and the Opsys MR reader. The verification plate is supplied with a certificate stating NIST traceable Absorbance values at 405, 450, 490, 550, 620, and 630 nm.

Luminometer Reference Plate (# 51099)

The Luminometer Reference Plate is used to test and document the precision and accuracy of Relative Light Unit measurements made with your MLX. The Luminometer Reference Plate provides carefully controlled, highly stable 570 nm light output at intensities ranging from ~0.3 RLU to ~500 RLU. Revelation software included with your MLX facilitates measuring the Luminometer Reference Plate and reporting agreement between results and factory calibration values, as well as precision.

Spectra MR Verification Plate (# 28040)

The special Spectra MR verification plate containing NIST-traceable standards, and IQ/OQ/PQ procedures are additional tools to ensure proper documentation and correct operation and performance of your analyzer. Critical performance parameters of the Spectra MR (photometric accuracy, wavelength accuracy, stray radiation and plate carrier alignment) are easily monitored and documented within the Revelation application.

Triad Verification Plate (# 26050)

The TRIAD Series Verification Plate employs NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable standards for absorbance testing.  A unique certification and quality document is provided with each plate; and an annual re-certification ensures plate and reference value and reliability. The Verification Plate tests all TRIAD detection modes on a single plate.  Programming protocols or use of wet chemistry are not required — simply select the mode(s) you want to test, insert the plate and begin.  The standard summary test report delivers basic “Pass/Fail” results, or specific test data can be viewed.  The Verification Plate provides an ideal utility for assuring that the TRIAD Multimode Reader is meeting performance specifications.
