ssDNA Quantitation with the TRIAD series

Protein Quantitation using the TRIAD series: In Fluorescence Intensity mode (Ex: 485 nm; Em: 590 nm) with BSA standards, the TRIAD series can detect as little as 8 ng protein/well.

The TRIAD comes standard with the following filters: Excitation Filter Slide #1 (Fluorescence: 485 and 535 nm; TRF: 370 nm; FP: 485 nm), Emission Filter Slide #1 (Fluorescence: 595, 535, and 625 nm; FP: 535 nm x 2), Excitation Filter Slide #2 (Absorbance: 260, 340, 405, 450, 595, and 620 nm).

The TRIAD LT comes standard with the following filters: Excitation Filter Slide #3 (Abs: 405, 450, 492, and 620 nm; Fluorescence: 360 and 485 nm), Emission Filter Slide #3 (Fluorescence: 465 and 535 nm).
