your equipment properly, that you receive the support you need for your
particular application, and – should the need arise – that you receive prompt,
courteous, and knowledgeable customer support. Our goal is to help you be
successful. As such, we offer the following customer-support services:
Installation & Familiarization Training Performed in
your facility by our factory-trained technicians, your initial training is part

Preventative Maintenance To help you keep your instruments running
in top condition, we offer preventive maintenance services. For more

Service Contracts Every Dynex system comes with a one-year warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship. We recommend that you consider a
Dynex service contract, which delivers a number of important benefits,
including:
- Loaner instruments and priority repair to minimize downtime
- Electrochemical cell replacement (available for 5200A/5300/5600A only –
limitations apply)
- Various spare parts at no extra charge
- Preventative maintenance (on selected systems only)
