Karen Freeman

Karen is a Human Resources executive with over 25 years of broad based Human Resources experience including over 10 years’ in the healthcare space. Her areas of expertise include: human resources planning and strategy, performance management, employee and labor relations, organizational planning, training and development, talent and succession planning, recruiting and staffing, diversity planning and awareness, and payroll, compensation and benefits.
Karen received her B.S. in Special Education for the Physically and Otherwise Health Impaired, from Eastern Michigan University, and holds both her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She joined Dynex in June, 2018 and believes “Dynex is a special place doing important work, and I am privileged to be a part of an organization that contributes every day to the well-being of people”.
