    A dynamic leader, Ms. Miller has over 35 years of experience delivering commercial and operational success in the Medical Research, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Clinical Diagnostic markets. Ms. Miller’s entrepreneurial spirit has successfully led organizations through all phases of startup, restructure, growth, mergers and acquisitions.

    Prior to joining Dynex, Ms. Miller served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Avantik leading the company to unprecedented triple-digit growth.

    Ms. Miller is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Prometheus Laboratories Inc., a Nestlé Health Science Company and she also served as the Vice President & General Manager for Metabolon where she led the Precision Medicine & Diagnostic businesses.  Ms. Miller expanded her international experience as the Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Business for Dako, an Agilent Technologies Company living in Denmark.  She previously held the position of Vice President for the Americas at Invitrogen and in her earlier professional career, Ms. Miller held various positions with increasing responsibility at Thermo Fisher Scientific where she served for 21 years.

    Lisa Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Campbell University in North Carolina and has served on the Board of Directors for Dako A/S in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Canada, and Brazil. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Dynex Technologies.
